General Information
Check In and Check Out time

Early check-in or late check-out can be requested with the Front Desk for a fee (however they cannot be guaranteed, and are based on occupancy).
What do I need in order to check in at The Logan?
You must be 21+ to check-in to the hotel. If you have a reservation, you will need an ID and to provide a form of payment.
Does the hotel have an incidental hold?
Yes. We authorize a temporary hold of $150 per night, per room to every guest card at check-in to cover any incidentals that may be incurred during your stay outside of room and tax. If no incidental charges are incurred, this hold is released an average of 3-5 business days after check-out.
What is the hotel's cancellation policy?
There is a 72-hour cancellation policy.
Cancellation policies may vary depending on the rate or dates of your reservation. Please refer to your reservation confirmation to verify your cancellation policy. If you need further assistance, call the hotel directly or contact customer service. Alternatively, you can cancel your reservation online.

Does the hotel allow smoking?
No, we are a 100% smoke-free hotel. There is a $350 cleaning fee for any standard guest room and a $500 cleaning fee for any suite in violation of this policy.
Do you provide ADA compliant accommodations?
At The Logan, we are proud to offer guests a selection of ADA accessible features, and room and suite options. From lowered elevator buttons to roll-in showers, we look forward to welcoming all guests in Philadelphia.

Are pets allowed at the hotel?
All dogs are welcome with a $75 enhancement fee.
Upon request, dogs can receive:

- **A portion of the pet enhancement fee will be donated to a local animal shelter.

How many guests are allowed per room?
In accordance with the Pennsylvania Innkeeper’s Rights Act, there is a maximum capacity of four adults (18 years and older) per room, and up to two minors.
What is your hotel's photo policy?
Guest privacy is a top priority. To best protect our guests we do not allow photography within the hotel’s public spaces. Special requests can be submitted and approved by the hotel’s Marketing department. To request approval please reach out to livelogan@theloganhotel.com.
Please note, this policy does not include private events including weddings or corporate meetings within the group’s private contracted space.
Amenities
What cleaning services am I offered as a guest?
We are happy to provide daily housekeeping service. Our team will enter your room between 9:00am-5:00pm to tidy up your guestroom and provide a refresh of towels and any other amenities in the room. If you would prefer our team does not enter your room to provide this cleaning service, please contact the front desk via the Hilton Honors app or texting us at 267-589-0099. You may also place the “do not disturb sign” on your door.
Does the hotel have a fitness center?
Guests of The Logan enjoy complimentary access to our additional onsite health and wellness amenities. Swim laps or just enjoy the water at our indoor pool. Break a sweat at our Health Club using state-of-the-art Precor equipment, including treadmills, ellipticals, bikes, a rowing machine, weight machines, free weights, and two Peloton bikes.*

The pool is open every day from 8:00am - 10:30pm. (Adults only swim will be from 9:30pm-10:30pm)

The fitness center is open 24 hours a day.

Complimentary highspeed Wi-Fi for Hilton Honors Members.
Highspeed Wi-Fi is available for all guests at $12.95 per day for standard, or $16.95 per day for premium access.
Does the hotel have a swimming pool?
Yes. The Logan has an indoor swimming pool.
What activities do you have available for children?
In addition to the on-site pool we also offer in-room games for families, children and adults alike! Games can be purchased at the Front Desk to enjoy in your room.

Are there rollaway beds available?
Rollaway beds can be provided for $25 per night. Rollaway beds are provided based on availability and not available in all room categories. Please make this request with the Front Desk or on your reservation during booking.

From I-676 West to Philadelphia Center City Hotel - The Logan Philadelphia: Take I-676 West (Vine Street Expressway) to the Benjamin Franklin Parkway/Museum Area exit. At top of ramp, turn right onto 22nd Street and continue for one block to the first traffic light and turn right onto Benjamin Franklin Parkway. Go through two traffic lights and enter the traffic circle. The Logan Philadelphia Hotel is halfway around the circle on the right at 18th Street and Benjamin Franklin Parkway.
From Philadelphia International Airport: Take I-95 North to exit 22 for Central Philadelphia/Route 676 West (left exit) to Benjamin Franklin Parkway/Museum Area exit. Turn right onto 22nd Street. Go to the first traffic light and turn right onto Benjamin Franklin Parkway. The Logan will be on the right.

From DC: Take the Baltimore Washington Pkwy in 2, Bladensburg from New York Ave NW. Merge onto Baltimore-Washington Pkwy. Keep right at the fork, follow signs for I-95/North Baltimore. Continue onto I-95 N. Keep left at the fork to stay on I-95 N. Keep left at the fork to stay on I-95 N, follow signs for I-95/I-495/Wilmington/Philadelphia. Use the right 2 lanes to take exit 13 to merge onto PA-29 E/Penrose Ave toward I-76 W/Valley Forge. Continue onto I-676/US-30E. Take the exit towards the Ben Franklin Pkwy. Number of Event Venues/Maximum Capacity?
The Logan has both Indoor and outdoor venues available, able to accommodate up to 265 guests.
What are some activities for weddings guests off-property?
Wedding parties are welcome to explore and enjoy Philadelphia to its fullest extent throughout the wedding celebration. Our Front Desk team and Wedding specialists are happy to provide recommendations for your specific interests and needs.
Are there wedding planners on property?
Your on-site wedding specialist will be there to help guide you through menu planning, event setup and hotel guest room reservations at The Logan. An outside wedding planner is recommended and can guide you through all of the external details, as well as the overall event coordination. This can help take any additional stress off of you, allowing you to enjoy every moment of the process with your friends and family.
Do you have any wedding special offers?
Your on-site wedding specialist will be able to assist with confirming a rate available for your guests to obtain rooms. Once your contract is signed, and we are approximately eleven months prior to your event, we will provide you with a dedicated web-link for your guests to make their reservations at your reduced rate.
The couple will receive a complimentary suite for the wedding night based on a food and beverage minimum which will be discussed at the time of contract. We also extend a reduced rate for the suite for the night prior to the wedding.
Do you offer on property catering services?
Yes! Just like every wedding is unique, every wedding menu is unique. We will ensure that your menu perfectly complements your wedding and your tastes. Your on-site wedding specialist will work closely with you throughout the wedding planning process to design the wedding menu of your dreams. We welcome the opportunity to customize your menu to ensure the wedding reflects your distinctive wedding style.
